About Me

(Insert life description)
About a dozen years ago I discovered I had the Alzheimer gene, I was so scared, I’d seen so many loved ones go dim and suffer so intensely and live in constant fear and anger and fade more and more every day. So I searched for a way to keep my mind active and engaged in something new and constantly changing and evolving, as that’s the best known preventative medicine.
I discovered Hypnotherapy by a serendipitous ad on Facebook by an instructor in Nashville, Tennessee. Steve was a regular kind of guy with an interesting story about becoming a father for the 1st time, quitting smoking and his career that evolved from that, he had long hair, a Harley and swore, my kind of teacher. I flew there to take his 25th Certification Course. I was curious and totally engaged and later took his advanced Courses. I’ve taken many Certification Courses and trainings since that time in Hypnotherapy, Regression, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and now Future Life Progression. I find it entirely fascinating, how we can change our behavior and out look in a matter of hours, often in minutes.
I love seeing the quick results. I so appreciate when women get their lives back and overcome crippling anxiety, often in a single session. My husband and I own a Campground in Indiana. I so enjoy offering meditation classes and passing on what I have learned over the past 40 years.
